UMAN is a Belgian real-food protein bar built for functional athletes — handmade in small batches with real ingredients and 20g of protein per bar.
How much protein is in one bar?+
Every 60g UMAN bar contains 20g of high-quality protein, designed to support recovery after hard training.
Is it natural?+
Yes. We use real ingredients you can read and pronounce — oats, dates, almonds, dark chocolate, whey, seeds, honey, sea salt. No artificial sweeteners or fillers.
Why is it chewy?+
Because it's real food. The natural chew is the proof — dense, satisfying, made from whole ingredients. We call it Real Belgian Chew.
When should I eat it?+
Post-WOD, between sessions, on race day, or whenever you need fuel that actually works. Throw one in your gym bag.
Is it for CrossFit and HYROX?+
Absolutely. UMAN was built with and for the functional fitness community — CrossFit, HYROX, strength, endurance and hybrid athletes.
