1. Who we are

UMAN Nutrition is operated by UMAN BV, a company registered in Belgium. References to "UMAN", "we", "us" or "our" refer to UMAN BV. Contact: hello@uman.rfud.io.

2. Scope

These Terms apply to every visit to uman.rfud.io, every order placed through our website, and every challenge, tribe or community feature offered by UMAN. By using the site you accept these Terms.

3. Orders & pricing

Prices are listed in EUR and include Belgian VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. An order is binding once we send an order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of stock shortage, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

4. Delivery

We ship within Belgium and the EU. Delivery times are indicative. Risk transfers to you on delivery.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under Belgian consumer law you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw, except for products that are sealed for hygiene reasons and have been opened. See our refund policy.

6. Product information

UMAN products are food. They are not medicines and do not replace a balanced diet. Always read the label. If you have a medical condition or allergy, consult a professional before consumption.

7. Tribes & user content

When you create a tribe, submit proof, or post content, you grant UMAN a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on our site and social channels. You confirm you have the right to share it. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive, or off-brand.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, UMAN is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, without prejudice to consumer rights to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
